Hacked!!!

Last night my email address was hacked......I am not in the UK.
I was on the computer but working in a different tab when I noticed I had a lot of new emails, so I clicked over and saw an email from Yahoo services that my security question was update, so I tried to sign in and my password didn't work (it had been changed too), so I immediately went in and changed my password and checked my security questions. Within a few minutes I received texts, phone calls, & emails letting me know that I was sending out strange emails...thanks for wonderful friends!!! I then called and sent texts and update my facebook status letting friends & family know my account was hacked. The biggest issue now is that all my contacts were deleted.....I went in to Yahoo services this morning to report the problem and saw that the actions I took last night were exactly what I was supposed to do, so now hopefully they will restore my contacts.
I'm the type of person who likes to find the positive or 'the good' in all situations....so, 'the good' in this one is that I've talked to or been in contact with friends I haven't spoken to in awhile.

Brooke's Bridal Shower

When Brooke & Adam got engaged last Christmas we said we had a long time to go till the wedding, and here we are, about 6 weeks away...
We gave her a miscellaneous shower today, and it turned out great.
So many friends and family came and they received so many wonderful gifts.
Can't wait till the wedding to see them all again.

The Champs!

Our junior high A team boys are the DVAL Basketball champions!!
Even though we finished 4 & 0 in the zone games, we had to win the tournament in order to be zone champs, and our guys did it!!
The final in the championship game was 38-19.
'Fitty' didn't score any points, but did get one foul and had quite a bit of playing time.
Way to go guys!!

My Teenager

Well, it's official, Noah is a teenager....he may have looked like one already, but as of 1-14-12 it's official. They were supposed to have a basketball tournament on Saturday, so I planned the family meal for Sunday, well the tournament got moved, so we celebrated some both days.
I don't know where then time has gone...he is growing so much...they had their height & weight check in school the other day and the nurse told him he had to step off because she couldn't see his height...he's 5' 9.5"...but as he told me 'that's with shoes on'...but either way, he's taller than me and all of his cousins...and he loves it...

if you can't tell he's a huge Houston Texans fan...so was sad that they lost today in the 2nd round of playoffs...but he's keeping a positive attitude and said they will go all the way next year...

First Place

...haven't posted in a while...s0...I'm playing catch-up.....

Last weekend the A team played in another tournament and this time they came out on top. Noah is getting more comfortable playing with the 8th graders and is playing really good.
They had their last 7th grade (B team) game this week and ended the season with a win...
One more A team tournament and the season will be over :-(
Ol' fitty's come a long way...Way to Go!!! We're so proud of you!!
